Market Value Appraisal Services

We are listed by the Royal Bank for mortgage appraisal services from Ottawa to Brockville and points in between.  DAR (Designated Residential Appraiser) is an accreditation issued by the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers.

Apartment buildings and commercial properties, are referred to Appraisers with specialist designations.

A properly conducted residential appraisal report, can take anywhere from two to six or more hours to complete, depending on how unique a particular property's features may be.  Accordingly, this is not a free service, as an inducement to get a listing.  We charge the competitive rate.
