Apartment buildings and commercial properties, are referred to Appraisers with specialist designations.
A properly conducted residential appraisal report, can take anywhere from two to six or more hours to complete, depending on how unique a particular property's features may be. Accordingly, this is not a free service, as an inducement to get a listing.
